Hani has been practising Judo since 1972 at McGill under the late Mr. F. Okimura and later at Shidokan under Mr. H. Nakamura. He practised with the national team in the mid seventies and participated in numerous competitions.

Hani works as Economic Analyst at the Port Administration of Montreal. He has been involved with the shipping industry for over 30 years. Hani's no-nonsense approach has been an asset to both the children's and adult programs at Seidokwan.
